"Decent product, but support could be better"
I ordered from smoakland.com and overall the product itself was okay, so I don’t want to say the whole experience was bad. But I did have a small issue and reaching out to customer service was kind of frustrating. It took longer than I expected to get a response, and when they finally replied, it felt generic and didn’t really answer my question. I appreciated that they got back to me eventually, but the support side definitely left me disappointed. I’m a little on the fence about ordering again.

It took a bit longer than I expected to get my return sorted out, though maybe I was just being impatient. Either way, they did end up fixing it in the end, so I’m glad it got resolved.

Paying on smoakland.com was simple and didn’t take long at all. Uh, I do wish they had a couple more payment options though. Everything worked fine for me, but I could see it not being the most convenient for everyone...

I ordered this thinking it would get here quickly, but i’m still kind of confused about what took so long. The tracking barely updated, so I kept checking it and wondering if it was even moving. Maybe other people have a better experience, but for me the wait was frustrating. I wouldn’t order again if I needed it anytime soon

I was excited to try these, but I’m regretting the purchase a bit. The effects felt really weak compared to what I expected, and the taste was kind of off too. I kept hoping they’d get better, but they just didn’t really do it for me.

My first impression was really positive because right after I placed my order, they kept me in the loop. I got a message when it was confirmed and another when it was on the way, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering what was happening. The whole process was easy, and the timing was close to what they said. It’s a simple thing, but good communication makes a big difference. I’d order again.

The item seems okay, but the box showed up badly crushed. I get that things happen during shipping, but it was a bit frustrating to receive it that way. Would’ve appreciated better packaging or more care in handling.

"Decent order, but I’d double-check before paying"
My order from smoakland.com was mostly fine, but it wasn’t exactly what I picked. Most of the stuff showed up correctly, but one item was swapped or different, and the total was a little confusing at first, which made me worry I might end up paying for something I didn’t actually want. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a bit. It wasn’t a terrible experience, and I’d probably give them another try, but next time I’d definitely review every item and the price carefully before checking out so I don’t risk losing money on a mistake.

I tried using Smoakland and had a harder time than I expected finding what I needed. Some pages loaded slowly, and a few of the menus felt kind of confusing to navigate. The checkout did work in the end, but it didn’t feel very smooth, which made me a little hesitant since I like to feel confident before placing an order online. Overall, the site is usable, but not the most user-friendly. I’d probably only use it again if I really had to.

"Menu Looks Better Than It Is"
The site is fine, I guess, but it’s kind of a joke when half the flower I clicked on was either out of stock or magically gone by checkout. The menu makes it look like they’ve got tons of options, but then you realize you can barely buy anything. Annoying and a little amateur.

"Okay overall, but the lack of follow-up is frustrating"
I’ve ordered from Smoakland a few times, and to be fair, my orders have always shown up eventually. The problem is the delivery timing is kind of hit or miss. Sometimes it comes fast, and other times I’m just sitting around waiting with no real update. What’s annoying is there doesn’t seem to be much follow-up when things are delayed, so you’re left guessing. It’s not the worst experience, but it’s frustrating if you’re trying to plan around the delivery. I’d probably order again, but only when I’m not in any kind of rush.

Ordering was easy enough, but the flower I got seemed dry and kind of old. The smell was really faint and it smoked a little harsh for me. Maybe I just got unlucky with the batch, but it definitely didn’t feel fresh

The discount code went through without any issues, so that part was nice. For my order, though, the savings felt small. I guess it might be more worth it if you’re buying a lot or the items are already on sale, but for what I got, it was just an okay deal.

The flower was decent overall, but it was a bit on the dry side and the smell was just okay. It’s not even about wanting it to be super loud or perfect, I just expected it to feel a little fresher. Still usable, just not something that really stood out to me.

I was let down by the strain selection. It felt like I kept seeing the same few options over and over, and there just wasn’t much variety to pick from. I was hoping to find something new, but I ended up leaving the site instead. If the selection doesn’t improve soon, I’ll probably start looking somewhere else

"Getting a Bit Too Expensive"
I used to really like coming here, but the prices have gone up enough that it’s hard to justify now. The last time I went, I remember noticing some random little detail, there was a rubber duck sitting near the register for some reason, which made me laugh, but the total still felt way too high for what I got.
